Counting Up a Column

Hi,

I have in column B a list of values and I would like to create a formula in D1 that will find the minimum value in column B and then count back up the column the number of values until a zero is reached. The count should include the minimum value in column B but not include the zero.

Can someone please suggest a formula to accomplish this?

do you mean it should find the location of the min value and then count upwards from it until it finds a zero in col B?

eg. in case if 0 is a min value then you want the count of values from that 0 to upwards until next 0 (excluding 0s in the count) ? isn't it
