Red face returning search results to a different sheet in the workbook

I have a spreadsheet where I have a list of names (column A) and in column B data relating to the person. The data in column B is numeric and ranges from 6 to -6, whole numbers only. WhatI want to do is, on another sheet, create a list of names matching a given criteria. By Means of an example, if my data sheet looks like
    Fred 2
    Bill 3
    Stan 2
    Jim 3
    Peter 2

what I want on another sheet (when checking to see who scored 2) is
    Fred
    Stan
    Peter
Each name on a separate line, no blank lines.

Is there any easy way to do this? Please be kind, reasonably familiar with excel basics, but not too good with the advanced bits

    Thanks in advance

I used an Excel Table to get the ranges correct for the formulas. It will expand automatically as you add data.
The formulas are array formulas, they need to be entered with Ctrl + Shift + Enter, not just enter.

thanks for this I will give it a go, it looks exactly what I want - particular the error trap. I have found a similar result but have had to using conditonal ormatting to disguise the errors when the data has run out! Many thanks
