Is there an easy way to lock all formulas to the specific cell?

Is there a way to lock all formulas to the specific cell easily on a sheet? For example:

A1 = $A$1
B2 = $B$2

Instead of doing each one manually or using the edit/replace function, is there any other way of doing this that will apply the $ to all formulas within a sheet?
