Stuck in doing a complex look up command to populate a list

Hello Excel Guru's

I am trying to generate a list from a table but im not too sure if excel can do it. I have a table which contains information about different cables, informations such as overall diameter, armour diameter, No. of cores etc.

I want to have a seperate sheet which has two pulldown lists titled Overall Diameter and Armour Diameter. Is there a way for me to select the desired diameter for overall and armour so that excel creates a list of all the cables within this criteria?

Hope this makes sense, im pretty crap at explaining

here is the table of information and the pulldowns on the next page I want to use for gathering the relevent information.
The first page holds the data and the second shows the pull dows. Basically I want a list to be generated when the overall Ø, under armour Ø and armour Ø is inputted, I want a list of glands which will fit these cables so the corresponding values must be less that what has been specified in the pull downs. Im confusing myself now lol :-(

ive just done a quick tutorial on using a table with the filters at the top and it works great, but if this could be automated by the pull downs that would be even better instead of altering each filter?
