Using IF AND Function : displaying closest date with two necessary conditions

Hello,
In my sheet, I need a cell displaying closest date to today whose priority must be high and status must be open.
There is a column named Date, Priority and Status. I want a date closest to today's date from DATE column values whose Priority must be high and status should be open.
Attached is my sheet. I tried displaying at N10.
