making all referenced cells 'jump' X number of rows when I drag down a formula

ok so I'm building a candlestick chart and I'm trying to build the data table in the TIME OPEN HI LO CLOSE format right? the thing is, my data is in a minute-by-minute form (hence, each row is a minute later) and I want the candles to be of 10minute periods. this means that every time I drag down the formulas that make the TIME/OPEN/HI/LO/CLOSE columns I wanted the reference cells to jump 10 celles down from the previous ref cells.
I hope my attached spreadsheet will make my goal clear enough

    thanks!forum11.xlsx

ok I *SOMEHOW* worked out a cumbersome solution, sort of, attached below. the problem is I don't want to have all these gaps ("" cells) between my rows, I want the filled rows to follow one another.. and my way clearly ain't the way to do it.. help?
