Sort by multiple criteria even if it has a duplicate value

I'm not the best ex plainer but here we go. Below i attached a spreadsheet which i has example of how it should look like. What i want is when i export a sheet from a 3rd party program to auto fill the red column with the correct sizes even if the criteria in the style column is the same.
