data validation

thank you for your reply but as always I mean bad.
The validation does not work because the column where there is a validation there is a link to another column.
Place the file to understand.

grazie della risposta ma come sempre mi spiego male.
La convalida non funziona perche la colonna dove c'è la convalida c'è un collegamento ad un'altra colonna.
Posto il file per capire.

Unfortunately the file I posted is an example.
In column B, there is another validation of the original file data.
The column D in the original file is hidden.
For this reason the new validation must be in column D.

Purtroppo il file che ho postato è un esempio.
Nella colonna B del file originale c'è un'altra convalida dati.
La colonna D nel file originale è nascosta.
Per questo la nuova convalida deve essere nella colonna D.
