Formula for billing

Hi Friends,

I want help to know the formula for billing i tried my best but i am not able to solve it so i request you all to please solve it and explain me how to use formula for the below example

A telecom company charges there customer on the below rates

Minutes Charges
0-6000 @0.50
6001-12000 @0.60
12001- and above @0.75

Example
if calling is 13000 minutes, first 6000 minutes are charged @0.50, next 6000 minutes are charged @0.60, and remaining 1000 minutes are charged @0.75. This the total charge will be Rs.7,350/-.
