I'm still pretty new to using excel, especially the formulas. I work in my parents office and they're having me learn excel because neither of them have time anymore to play around with it and it will be my job to complete a lot of the data entry for them. The spreadsheet I was given to work on is a list of all the customers they have, how many days, men and hours it takes to complete the job, and the previous and next annual that needs/has been done. It's a security and life safety systems type company so 'annuals' is referring to the customers yearly security inspection.

What I need to know is how to make a formula that enables me to have the previous and next annual month/day/year category change automatically to the following year every year. So, for example, my current data says Previous Annual: 11/14/12 and next annual: 11/14/13. I would like a formula that changes that every year to the new dates which would be, in this case: Previous Annual: 11/14/13 and next annual: 11/14/14. This would be done automatically every year if it's possible to set something like this up.

Any help is appreciated and hopefully I've explained it well enough. Please ask if you are unsure with something I've written, I'll do my best to elaborate.
