Lookup and return multiple matches across multiple sheets

Dear Sir/ Madam,

How to lookup and return multiple matches across multiple sheets? Vide my attachment.

Sheet1, 2 & 3 contains tables that are to be looked up.

Sheet 4 holds amount Rs. Col that present in all the sheets. The Yellow part of the Sheet4 requires a formula that will disclose all the information of the sheets.
