Formula for Tax Calculation

Hello to all

I have attached a worksheet for your review. I want to calculate the employee tax using formula I want to fix it in single cell to calculate the tax of the employee.
in the attached there are two methods for calculating tax i) is without marginal relief and ii) with marginal relief and we consider the answer which is lower.
