Conditional Formatting with reference to two columns

    Hi,
I am a new member and I need someone’s help urgently please
I am trying to put conditional formatting on the attached spreadsheet and struggling to do that
The dates in column G and J are based on a condition format already in place, the columns H and K corresponds to the due dates the notices to be issued by
What I am struggling to do is
    1) If the notice is issued well before the due date or on the due date(I mean within time), the cell in G and J should be blank
    2) The notices which are past 7 days reflect in red
    3) The notices which are 7 days ahead in orange
    Please anyone who can help?
    regards
