attempting to pull data from column G conditional of name in Column A

For work, we have a Month-to-Date ranking of employees based on overall sales targets. It's displayed as a percentage and chages daily.

I have SHEET "RANK" . On SHEET "RANK", there is COLUMN A listing the employees' names (in order of sales rank, not alphabetical). There is also COLUMN G, which lists the employee's corresponding percentage. SHEET "RANK" changes daily.

I have SHEET "DISPLAY". On SHEET "DISPLAY", I have COLUMN A listing the employees' names alphabetically, thus the order of names never changes. I want COLUM B to list the employee's corresponding percentage, pulled from SHEET "RANK".


How can I accomplish this? Thank you very much for all assistance in advance.
