combination of if, index and match functions not working

Hi,

Attached are three worksheets, namely, Output, PT and Data.

Data is my working worksheet and PT is a pivottable from Data. Output is the final report to be generated so that i can import it to accounting software.

In Col I of Output worksheet, i use the combination of if, index and match functions to find the answer from PT worksheet. but the results come out as "REf", "FALSE" or "Value". If i dont use IF function, numeric figures will come out but index and match functions by itself cannot cater for my need.

Can someone please advise me where went wrong?
