IF calculation with multiple criteria with formula derived numerical and text results

Hey guys,

Got a head scratcher for you.

Cell C2 has a benchmark figure

Row 4 has time estimates for each scenario

Row 5 shows the difference between the row 4 figure and C2.

What I wanted to do is have each cell calculate the preceeding cell to see if the answer is above the value is C2. If the value is above C2 then the numerical answer is given. If its below C2 then "Not Needed" should be the answer. If the "Not Needed" result is show, then all subsequent cells in row 5 should also say "Not Needed", otherwise the numerical answer should be show on each column on row 5 until the result in row 5 is greater than C2. I've attached a sample template. HELP!!!!

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately when I change the Estimated Total Days cell the subsequent results are wrong, normally coming out to #VALUE. Any thoughts?

I've also tried

=IF(OR(G5>0,G6="Not Needed"),"Not Needed",G5+H4)

and i'm still getting #VALUE! errors. Any ideas?
