Find out previous date

I hv one quary

I want past date

Example : Today is 30-8-2013 now i need past 104th date and in 104 days (saturday and sunday ignored)

So "=30/08/2013-104" is not useful bcoz it is taking saturday and sundy also and i dont want that.......

So plz help me in this

=WORKDAY(TODAY(),-104)
