Index/Match multiple sheets multiple matches

Hello All -

Hoping someone can help with or offer a solution to my dilemma. I'm creating a scoring sheet for a kids "olympic" type of event. I'm trying to consolidate data from 4 separate registration sheets with and sort each row of information into one of several possible scoring sheets based on the age and gender of the participant so that they can be scored. I've tried various combinations of vlookups and index/match combinations without success. The first worksheet is for those who've pre-registered and the next 3 will be taken on the day of the event. I need the participants to be placed in the correct category and remain in the order that they registered to avoid any changes in scoring. Each participant is assigned a unique I.D./timestamp upon registration, but I can't seem to get the formula to sort them by their unique I.D.

Hi Matt and welcome to the forum,

I'd put all registration on a single sheet using copy and paste first. Then look at my Pivot Table where you can filter for M/F or Ages to see who is left. Play with Pivot Tables a while to see what rows make sense and how you might use them. This isn't the whole answer but might get you started in the right direction. See the attached.

I'd love to, but I'll have 3 computers networked together with each assigned to one of the 3 registration tabs. Registrations will be entered during the event for those who don't pre-register.

Data in Sheets 1, 2 & 3 are transfered (using formula) to Sheet "consolidated" assuming Max 200 rows data per sheet.
Formulas in Other sheets Extract data from sheet "Consolidated".
