Retrieving Data that meets a certian criteria

Hello,

I am trying to use a function that will retrieve data in the same order specified, for a certain criteria. The following is an example of what I am trying to accomplish:

The DATA:
Car Acc.

1 20
1 30
1 40
1 50
2 12
2 15
2 20
2 22
3 11
3 12
3 17
3 19
3 21
4 20
4 22
4 26
4 21

The table I am trying to produce:

_1 _2 _3 _4
10 12 11 20
20 15 12 22
30 20 17 26
40 22 19 21
50 21
