I have a file which use VLOOKUP to return related data from another excel file which is in the (LAN) server but as sometimes the server file isn't accessible due to connectivity so I wanted to have a formula to first look at the server file and if its not reachable then it will get the data from another file located in the local machine.

is it possible?
