Problem with UPC numbers in .txt file

Hi, I am creating a product feed which contains in it the products UPC 12 digits. Every time I try saving the file in .txt (which I need it in) and then open it, it reformats the numbers to 8.22151E+11 etc. I have tried formating these columns to text, general, ### etc to no avail. and I am really stuck.

If anyone could help me out I would be really appreciative.

The problem occurs when you re-open the .txt file.

You need to use the Import Wizard.

From the Data Tab in the Ribbon touch From Text in the Get External Data area. This will invoke the Wizard. Tell the Wizard that the field is Text.
