Hyperlinks working for me but not for others on a shared workbook.

Hi folks,
I have a spread sheet with a formula containing a hyperlink to get the data. I created the formula and works perfectly on my machine. This is a shared workbook and when another user opens the file they are getting #Values. The files are in the same folder so all users have access to the files.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

what are the hyperlinks to? are they inserted hyperlinks or did you use =hyperlink()

well that means they must have their pc mapped to the same file path as you

The formula works perfectly for me but not when another user opens it. I have checked they are enabling links and security setting are good too.

thats not a hyper link
2 things
1 mapped drive on both must be G
2 sumif wont work on close workbooks

Thanks for that, sorry for not explaining myself correctly.
Both mapped drives are on G and the other workbook is always open so no issue with the sum if
The formula works perfectly for me just can't figure out why its not working for others

probably it remaps when others open it,cant help would need to be on the pc to see what's happening'

you could try wrapping the path in indirect then it wouldnt change
=COUNTIF(INDIRECT("'C:\Documents and Settings\Martin Wilson\Desktop\[ape.xls]Sheet1'!$B$2:b20"),2)
