Conditional Formatting - Multiplying Rules

Hi guys. This might be an easy one, but I am struggling with it, so here I am.

In column L17:L28 I have price values and then I have some other prices in W18:Z28. I would like to scan the prices in column L and flag those up in W18:Z18 which are smaller or equal. This is something I managed to do in: Cell Value | Less than or equal to | =$L$17 applying it to =$W$17:$Z$17. Now, my isssue: I would like to multiply this to be able to have it on every row 17:28. Is there a simple way, or do I have to do it manually?

Any suggestions are welcome.

Change your CF in row 17 to be without absolute references.
Then just copy and paste the format from the cells in row 17 to the similar cells in row 18:28

This is something I have tried, and didn't work. Here is an example:

L17 W17 X17 Y17 Z17
46.9 56.2 53.1 43.7 37.5

With absolute values it highlights Y17 and Z17 what is what I want. Without absolute value, it highlights X17 and Z17.
