Sum of and multiples two values should give me the nearest target value.

For Example:-

There are two values 1.5 and 2

Using these two combination with n number of multiples it should be nearest to 8,8

Like

(2*2)+(1.5*3)=8.5
So we should use 2 times 2 and 3 times 1.5 to reach 8.5 which is neast, it should be more than 8.8.

If the target values is 7.7

(2*3)+(1.5*1)=7.5

How can we do this in excel and how do we achieve with nearest combination.

Thanks for the answer, but we wanted the excel to give the result, there is a calulation which gives availability of the space, we need to fill that with 1,5 and 2 mm thickness layers. is it possible that there is a equation or function in the excel which will give me this solution.
