I have 2 spreadsheets to compare. One has name in "first, middle initial, last" and the other has "last, first, mid initial". I want to return values in one of the tables to the other. vlookup with false returns #N/A, vlookup with true returns wrong data or it returns repetitive data for similar last or first name.
