Yes, but the database for a column has not been filled in, I need for it to return a value of 0 to keep a running yearly total. how?

Sure, First u have my tks for the earlier info on how to say tks and end thread.
Since my table is not fully populated and will not be until the end of the year, I have running totals for the columns of various items and when I input the averageif the running total goes to "#div/0!". I kept the running totals active so each day,week and month I know the current amt?
