How to Remove Duplicate Domain Based URL in excel sheet.

I have this type of data( i huge list of 20000 urls ) with the different narration

Now I want Remove all Duplicate Domain Based Url only and want keep only one url of each domain with its narration.

Example

thanks for your reply ramananhrm this was an great reply, but my problem is still. PFA and look the sheet 2.
I want keep the other values that related to that domain, I want all filtered data in next sheet which i have marked as green is that possible. please keep in mind that i have a list of 20000 urls.
Might be its an easy task for you.. here find the problem in this sheet 2

Hi, sorry for making this thread alive. I tried to used the excel sheet provided by ramananhrm but when i tried to used it for more than 2000+ url column b became blank. i think the formula doesn't work for will you please help me? i tried to change the $a:$2:$a$25 to $a$2:$a$2676 but its not working.

Im make helper column to retrieve unique records..... hope it useful for your case.....
