How to use the function to start count the "text" if it start to appear in the cell

I needs help on the excel function, as i want to know is there a way to start count if the text "PS" appear on the cell and it consistency for 45 "PS". I have a spearsheet that have the employee timesheet for the whole year and i want to know if he work (working = PS, V = vacation) PS and if he consistency working for 45 days, if he skip a day in between then the statement will be false and it needs to count again if the next "PS" appear.

Is it possible ?
