Count number of instances and then display in descending order

    Hi Guys,

Can you please help with this one?

I would like to know the number of instances the initials of our engineers appear in column J

I am hoping that this info can then be displayed within a league table / pivot table of some sort in descending order?

If you could help I would appreciate it.

Are you open to using a couple helper columns? Such as using the advance filter > copy to another location > Unique records only
then do a countif stmt based on that list? then you can rank them after that.
