Need help with a matching formula that changes fill color if numerical match is discovered

I need help with a formula

Think lottery numbers

I want to enter both the winning numbers after each drawing as well as all the numbers on the purchased tickets for a pool (100 tix each drawing)

I want the matches to draw attention to themselves through a fill color when there is a match. Power ball numbers are separate of course.

I guess I need to name 4 groups of cells and create some sort of ISNUMBER(MATCH association but for some reason this afternoon I am really having a hard time finding the answer.
