Reverse of replacing a name with an initial

Does anyone know if you can do the reverse of replacing a name with an initial

e.g.

Type in JB and it replaces with Joe Bloggs

I guess this is a sort of "find and replace" but in advance?? I'm sure you could do this on a very early version of office but it might only have been in word.

Select File, Options, Proofing, Auto Correct. Set your values in the Auto Correct Table.
