Sum until number reached, then return number and keep on summing until nr reached again

i Have a set of numbers. i want excel to sum numbers in the row until a certain number (A) is reached (it shouldn't be the exact number, it can be 5 more). when this number (A) is reached, excel should return the value of the sum (in the next column) and start summing again (where it stopped) until the number (A) is reached again and again return the value and repeat this step. For example i want excel to sum until 25, it sums the numbers in the row until it reaches any number between 25 and 30 and returns this number and starts summing the next numbers in the row until it reaches between 20 and 25 again..

If a number in the row is 15 more than the specified number (A), excel should return the value and then continue to sum from the next number in the row. For example (continued from the previous example) if the number in the row is 40 or more, then excel should just return the number and start summing from the next number in the row....
