Comparing Check Boxes

Is there a way to set up a formula so that it can check two cells with check boxes in them and return a value, similar to the exact formula, i.e. true, false, etc? Even better would be if it checked the text in the cell and the check box and see if they match.

I am pasting fields with check boxes next to them from an online database into Excel. It would make my task a lot easier if there was a function that could identify if any of the check boxes are different. My goal is to have a reference sheet, and then each time I have to do an audit, I could paste the current fields in a different sheet, and a formula would be able to tell me if any of the fields have changed.

Actually I am copy and pasting them from my web browser, which ends up being a check box and the field label in the same cell.
