How to add alhabets in front of numbers for multiple cells

Hi,

I need to add some number and sign and alphabet in the front and behind some numbers in the whole column. What function do I need to use?

For example, in cell A1 it shows 221001 and I want it to shows 0221001-IN, I've gone thru each cell and manually type in '0 in front of 22 and then add -IN in the back. I have about 2000 lines! Help please!
