Elapsed time and wages calc

For the Elapsed time, change the custom format to [h]:mm

For the total, you need to convert column D into fraction before multiplying by the rate...

F3 =E3*(D3*24) >> copied down
H3 =G3*(D3*24) >> copied down

I believe you need to change the format of the elapsed time from "h:mm" to "[h]:mm".
This way if it is over 24 hours, it does not restart at 0.

I am assuming the rate is a rate per hour?
If so, you need to convert the cell to # of hours in the formula. This should work in cell F3:
