If formula proble in excel 2010?

Hi,
I have excel 2010 and i am applying one formula for their.
Formula i used-
=IF(AND((C573="Match"),(F573="Match"),(I573="Match"),(L573="Match"),(O573="Match"),(R573="Match"),(U573="Match"),(X573="Match"),(AA573="Match"),(AD573="Match"),(AG573="Match"),(AJ573="Match"),(AM573="Match"),(AP573="Match"),(AS573="Match"),(AV573="Match"),(AY573="Match"),(BB573="Match"),(BE573="Match"),(BH573="Match"),(BK573="Match"),(BN573="Match"),(BQ573="Match"),(BT573="Match"),(BW573="Match"),(BZ573="Match"),(CC573="Match"),(CF573="Match"),(CI573="Match")),"Data Populated Correctly","Data Differences exist")

If all fields value are match text, then it display ")),"Data Populated Correctly" else "Data Differences exist".
This is happen because one of my cell value start with "=" operator so it does not behave proper within formula and i am getting "#NAME?" on this place.

I want to keep cell value which is starting with "=" eg. =dfhdhff43424jhhdhhdhdh like this, and also want to work my IF formula.
How i workaround with this.
Can anyone have any good approach for the same, plse reply!

can you post a sample workbook for the meantime see if this works for you.
