How I can add row automatically with the change of time in other workbook?

hi friends,

I have two workbooks. One contains dynamic data overwriting with change of time getting data from other source. The other is total data with time which I do manually. I want all the data coming in the first workbook store in the second workbook automatically adding row with change of time.

I attach the two workbook for your consideration.

Please help me to solve this.
