I am creating a table and would like to present the number and percentage that is:
cars house
male 10 (10%) 22 (22%)
female 90 (90%) 78 (78%)
THis is only an example my data is more complex. I just would liek to present both in the same cell Both the parenthesis.

Can you explain a bit more? Are the entries the results of formulas in those cells? And so you would simply like these exact values to be repeated after each, but in parentheses and followed by a percentage sign?
If so, can you give an example of one of the formulas that you currently have in those cells, and what result it currently generates?

Well I just have a frequency table (attached)- numbers... but I would like to report the percentage as well. please see the attached document.
Ok, so try:
=C5&" ("&TEXT(C5/$C$22,"0.0%")&")" and copy down as required.

=TEXT(A1, "#") & " (" & TEXT(A1/B1,"#%") & ")"
This will return:
1500 (15%)
Hi Guys,
Need help with percentage change formula in Column B.
Ideally, I would like to input 2% on B2 and 2% of 12 (A2) will be displayed in cell C2
The catch is, I would also like to have an option to enter -2% on B2 and C2 will display -2% of 12(A2)
