    Copying formulas

    Hi,
I have a wkst that allocates projected cash based on a percentage of collections each month.
(worksheet attached) The attached worksheet is correct, but I entered the formulas line by line. I have tried numerous ways to put the first formula in for January and then copy it to the entire worksheet, but obviously I am not doing something correct.
I think it is a problem with where I am entering absolutes.
Anyone have any ideas? This is way too time consuming and I have about 30 more to complete.
    Thanks in advance.

    Re: Copying formulas

Starting with no formulae in the block E4:S15, you can put these formulae in the cells stated:

    F4: =E$3*$B4

    G4: =E$3*$C4

    H4: =E$3*$D4

Then select the block F4:H4, click on <copy>, then click on G5 to move the cursor and CTRL-V to paste, then click on H6 and CTRL-V, then on I7 and CTRL-V, and so on down that diagonal to Q15, then press <Esc> at the end.

    Hope this helps.

    Pete
