Question Require your assistance in automating seat allotment for call center in teams

    Hi,

I work in a call center and would require your assistance on urgent basis in automating this file.

    Details / Info:-

 In Sheet 2 tab of the attached excel file under F column I have the count of associates who are aligned to the respective team leaders,
 In Sheet 1 tab of the attached excel file under D column I have the seat numbers,
 The count of the associates under each team leaders is also not constant & keeps changing (increasing / decreasing)

    Description of the issue

    1. When the total sum of associates increase the count of 250 I need to get a message box stating the actual count of associates are beyond the capacity of 250 hence reduce the count below / equal to 250.

    2. Assuming the count the is less than 250; the team leaders name needs to reflect the numbers of time which is mentioned in sheet 2 tab under f column.

    3. Each day the system numbers which is been dedicated to the each team needs to be changed for the following day,

    4. The associate cannot be shattered around the entire floor & need to sit in a group.

Thanks in advance for all the help,
