Need help creating an IF formula to add a percentage based on multiple criteria

I need to base my formula on multiple types of criteria.

Column C has a percentage, Column D is "Yes" or "No", I need Column E to add 25% to Column C but only if Column D says "Yes" and it will not exceed 100%. Please look at the attached example sheet.

PS - If there is a better way to write the formula in Column C, please let me know.

    Thank you!
