    Looking for a formula that combines two vlookups

    I have two Vlookups I would like to combine into one formula (see attached). Below is the formula, however i only want to return the values that are = to "NR" in column "E" in the first vlookup. As you will see the lookup values in both vlookups are different. I hope i explained this well enough - any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

    =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A17,$E:$E,1,0),"NR")*AND(VLOOKUP(B17,$H:$I,2,0))
