Copying text from one cell to another cell using a Date ref & Header ref within a row

Hi there, I need help please.
I am currently Woking on generating a worksheet/workbook, to collate the following information.

What I am struggling to get my head around is working out a formula to copy text from a range of cells to a blank range in another sheet with duplicate cell names, using the Date range(H1) & Destination range (A2:A6) to copy the Driver range to another work sheet 2 J2:J6
Help with a formula would be appreciated.
