multisheet lookup and sales calculation

Hi Everyone
I have a multisheet workbook in which there are three problems,,
1) Sum Total sale of Jan for Henry with using sumif and also for other, I want to use only one formula which I can drag for other results

2)When I put any mached number from six worksheets in A2 then display the Name in ROW B and ROW C display the Sales with simplest formula
and

3) when i put the name like "Henry" calculate all sales for Henry from all sheets
