Copy to new sheet without blank rows

Hi all - Love your work.

In the attached file, I need to extract the data from the "data" sheet and paste onto the "test" sheet. Commodities must remain in the order they are (Alpha), however I do not wish to copy the rows with blanks in the totals column.
Each month the data is updated and the blank totals will change. So currently, the first would be 3/4LD, Apples etc. Next month might be Beer first.
Formulas and Array Formulas are fine, but cannot use coded macros.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks
