LOOKUP through duplicates, but returning multple values (vertically)

Hi everyone,

I'm currently struggling with this even though I made a similar request here quite recently.

Previously I needed a LOOKUP to return multiple values horizontally accross in a row, however I have not been able to amend this formula (or any other formula I have come accross from other websites) to work in the way I need it to;

So, I have a long list of ID No.'s, many of which appear several times in the list, however the corresponding value with each duplication (a monetary amount - £) is always different. As a normal VLOOKUP only returns the 1st value found, I end up with a list of duplicated returned values rather than the actual values they should correspond to.

Any help would be much appreciated, as always.

Put this formula in D4:
