Hello all,

THis may be more of a math question than a excel question but here goes. I have lets say 4 months (Jan-April) of revenue per emplyoyee data. I calculate that by taking January Revenue($20,000) and Dividing by # of employees (1,000). So January would be $20. Lets say In excel I have Jan= $20, Feb = $30, Mar= $40, and Apr = $50. How would I calculate the YTD number for reveue per employee because both revenue and # of employees change on a monthly basis. At first I just had the SUM function add them all up but I dont think that would be right in this case. Anybodys help would be appreciated. THanks.
