CANT SPLIT a total % into clients

Hi there
i am facing a problem and i cant figure out a fast solution.
For example.
I have lets say 10 customers and i need to construction 10 cars for each one and send them a report progress for each one.
Since i need a lot of time for multiple report progress i have created only one on which i have added the whole cars quantity for example 100.
Next to the quantity i have added a cell where i add the percentage of the ready ones (always for the total quantities)
For Example
Cars 100
Ready 95%

Which means i have 95 cars ready from the total quantity of 100.
Now i have another excel page where i have the clients for ex.
Nikos
Elena
Maria
Tasos
... and so on
Now i need to divide the total quantity % into the clients BUT NOT equal on all of them.
I need to start from Nikos and since i have 95 ready then he is ready by 100%
On the 2nd client it must take out the cars for Nikos and see if the rest quantity can cover the total quantity for Elena if yes then it will add 100% otherwise the % of the ready parts.

On this example on all the clients will be 100% ready except the last one where it will saw 50% ready .


I hope i make myself clear.

I can do it but i use if if if if if and this way is.....
It must something else which probably i dont know....

My main excel file is much much bigger including data on many different sheets but i need a simple formula for such thing and then i hope i will be able to make the neccesary changes needed for my main excel file.

I have 30 Sheets, one sheet for each customer.
On every sheet there are more than 120 rows with parts that i need to construction (same parts for all the customers except the quantity).
Each row has more than 20 columns of different production line stats.
I have created another one sheet for the whole project where i have all the parts that needed to be constructed (same for all customers, only the quantities are changing) and i add every week the total % of the ready parts for each code.

I need this total % to be divided on all the customers according the quantities that everyone needs. But not equal divide between the customers.....

I dont know if can make this enough clear...
