Populating cells based on matching information

I need to populate Table 2 based on information from Table 1

So for cell D30 If B28 = B4 I would like it to pick up the number in G4
E30 If B28 = B4 I would like it to pick up the number in H4 Etc

Would it be possible to take this one step further.

If I was to rename Table 1 Rent and then have another table called Fit out VP, Dilaps Inwards etc could I then automatically populate E30:J36 with the data rather then having to individually link the cells back.
