can you please explain exactly what you are trying to do?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

FDibbin please see the attachment the problem is in the attach
I did, thats why I asked my question
Something is wrong with your data. If you double click into each cell (relevant for your SUMIFS function) your data type corrects itself and then you will get your answer. This has happened to me before, and I'm not sure what causes it. You will also need to change the format for time entries. I used the "37:50:05" time format. I also made changes to your other two formulas. I've attached my changes to this email.
Your INDEX MATCH formula is an array formula so make sure you do the "ctrl + shift + enter" to get the correct answer.

okay thanks for the answer Brown Boy.
i understand now.
When a date is in fact text looking like a date an easy way to convert to correct time is to select the column - Data - Text to Columns - Finish
Same with time
Thanks Pepe Le Mokko. I did not know that.

If that takes care of your original question, please select Thread Tools from the menu link above and mark this thread as SOLVED. Thanks.
